She is recognized for her starring role in the series "Mi secretaria" (1978), becoming the first woman to star in a stand-alone program in Mexico. The series was so successful that it ran until 1986. Currently, she continues to act in telenovelas.
She began her career as an actress at a very early age, at 5 years old she made her debut in the children's play La Jota.
